Player movements at Redditch ahead of Poppies clash

 

Former Poppies full-back Jack Kelly has joined Redditch

Ahead of their trip to Latimer Park on Saturday, Redditch United have been dealt a blow after it was announced that one of their stars of the season so far, forward Jaiden White has left the reds. A brief statement from Redditch United today said "Redditch United can confirm that Jaiden White has decided to move on following an approach from a team higher up the pyramid. Jaiden had previously been offered a contract at the Reds but having declined that, he has now opted to depart under the 7-day ruling"

But a new face at The Valley and who should make his Reds debut tomorrow is former Poppy Jack Kelly. The 28 year old left-back made 19 appearances in a Kettering shirt during the 2016/17 season under Marcus Law. Kelly spent last season with Hednesford Town and this season has appeared for both Walsall Wood and Sporting Khalsa.
